How to return Add the packing slip, together with the reason for return and the accompanying return form, this is not mandatory, but we would appreciate it. If you do not have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number if possible.
The items you want to return must meet the stated conditions:
The article is complete;
The returned item contains no signs of use or damage;
We note if the packaging of the item is in its original condition;
The package that is returned should preferably include an invoice (or copy) and a completed return form;
The tags are still attached to the item (for example golf clothing, caps and golf bags);
You have a return code. This is necessary in case of possible loss of the package. This only applies when the order is returned. You will receive this code when you drop it off at the shipping location.
