You can pay for your GolfRebels order with Ideal, Paypal, Klarna Pay Later, Mastercard and Maestro.

GolfRebels has dealers throughout the country and a showroom in Nieuwkoop. An item may be out of stock at your preferred location. Our tip: contact the dealer in advance or send an e-mail to the showroom.

As soon as your order is processed and in the possession of the delivery service, the track and trace code will be released and sent to you via an automated email. Here you can track your order and see when it will be delivered.

Shipping costs will be charged for orders under €100.

The delivery time depends on the item, but is between 2 and 5 working days. For personalized items the delivery time is between 5 to 10 days.

We are very proud of the quality of our products. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. This period commences on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the organization.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of:
- products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person. * Shipping costs are not refundable.

After your trial period, you still have 14 days to return.

How to return
Add the packing slip, together with the reason for return and the accompanying return form, this is not mandatory, but we would appreciate it. If you do not have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number if possible.

The items you want to return must meet the stated conditions:

The article is complete;
The returned item contains no signs of use or damage;
We note if the packaging of the item is in its original condition;
The package that is returned should preferably include an invoice (or copy) and a completed return form;
The tags are still attached to the item (for example golf clothing, caps and golf bags);
You have a return code. This is necessary in case of possible loss of the package. This only applies when the order is returned. You will receive this code when you drop it off at the shipping location.

As a young company, we cannot cover the return costs. So you pay for it yourself.

You can enter the discount code stated on it in the appropriate box during checkout, you will see that the GolfRebels discount will be deducted immediately. Please note: our gift cards can only be used once.

What if you as GolfRebel cannot find your product or size in our webshop? Please send us an email, because we will think along with you and perhaps we can deliver the product in question (again) very quickly. So don't hesitate and email our GolfRebels mark@golfrebels.com.
